FAQs

Is there a sibling discount? Can they be in the same class?

Yes! There is a $5 discount (per class) for siblings. To receive the coupon code, please email underthesunarts@yahoo.com with the names and ages of the siblings before you sign up for a class. You will be sent a code that you can then use when you checkout.

How do we sign up for a class?

Once you’ve made your way to the Online Classes tab, scroll until you find the type of class you would like your child to attend. Next, pick a time and complete the checkout process. Please note, the last 2 classes for Thursday are on the “more times” page. Also, please ensure you write your child’s name and age as well.

Are there opportunities for private lessons?

Yes, currently a few spots are available for private lessons. Private lessons are great for students who want a more personalized approach to art or have specific skills they wish to learn. There is a slight price increase as I would be making a personalized lesson for them each private session. Feel free to email me with any questions.

What if we miss a class? Are there reschedules?

I totally understand if something comes up or just life happens and a class is missed. Please email me to reschedule and you can choose to reschedule for the same class the following week or use it as credit for another. If you miss and want a refund, I can do so but refunds will take a few days to process.

What happens after we have signed up?

Once you have signed up you’ll receive a confirmation email. Shortly afterwards you will receive an email with the Zoom link to the class. Class starts promptly and students more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted. This is to ensure there is adequate time for them to complete the project. Students not admitted can be rescheduled.

Can we use home school funds?

Unfortunately, at this time I am not accepting home school funds. If there is an opportunity to do so in the future, rest assured I will update my policies.
